PRA Liability Waiver

While every precaution is taken for the safety and good health of our Pretty River Academy campers, some sports and activities carry with them the inherent risk of personal injury.

I understand and accept the risks and agree that by allowing my child to participate in PRA March Break Camp, that they may be taking part in a recreational activity that presents the potential for personal injury. I hereby release Pretty River Academy and its employees and members from any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses whatsoever, including legal fees or pursuing insurance providers, arising out of or resulting from any loss, injury, or damage under this agreement.
